After the tasting Birger dropped us at the old farm estate, now transformed into a rose garden and summer holiday place by the new owners for R&R.
No computers, no phone, 1 channel of English speaking TV. We had the whole 3 bedroom house for ourselves,
compliments of Birger and Henrik with 3 bottles of wine Birger has left us with.
Fireplace...I haven't been sleeping with one for over 30 years, and with defeaning silence.
