You will get a kick out of this story. As soon as we came to our hotel, I found 2 Arabic stores and we drove 7 mins to the 1st one to look for Al Ameed coffee.
The store wasn't there, despite the Google map saying so.
We went to the second one, small one way street. It wasn't there either!!! We rented 320 Class E Mercedes for 4 of us and 4 pieces of luggage but...
this was a very narrow and DEAD END street. I couldn't u-turn and had to go back in a very narrow street and in a huge car.
Took me 30 mins and the help of people living on the street who were afraid that I either hit their cars or houses!
All my Arabic curses came very handy and I think I'll stop looking for coffee in Portugal!
